PSP Video Express is a video converter/encoder for the Sony PSP. This application is a prime example of how the design of an application influences the way we like or dislike an application. There are many applications that get the job done, but when there is one that does what it is supposed to do and has good looks, you cannot but love it. PSP Video Express is one of those applications. This is a "lite" version of PSP Movie Creator. This program allows you to convert all your movie files (as long as they are supported) to files that are optimized for playback on the PSP. These files are MP4 files. You can use any converter that converts to MP4, but this one converts the videos with your PSP's specs on mind. Although this is a lite version, there are many features that you can benefit from. This is an absolutely free application which lets you define the output size of files, to change the resolution of the video, to select specific ways to convert your videos, and more. You are even provided a cut function, which allows you to cut the credits or unnecessary parts of a movie for it to fit on a memory card.
